Shipping and production time.

Express Shipping

👌All of our items are made to order. This means we get to work producing it as soon as you order. The ability to upgrade your orders with Express Shipping is the fastest shipping method to get your products. On average, the delivery time is about 3 business days to get delivered, but it can vary a bit per country.

📬 So from order to delivery, which is including production time, you could be looking at receiving your order(s) in an average of 9 to 10 business days.

Please note: Orders can only be upgraded to Express if they contain both the customer's email address as well as their phone number. This is required by DHL to follow up with the customer in case of a missed delivery, so they can reschedule delivery or pick-up.

Standard Shipping 

👌 All of our items are made to order. This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item which takes 2-7 business days.

📬 Depending on your location, shipping time is quoted by the mail carrier as 6-15 business days see the chart below.

🧭 As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

🌎For our EU SOUTH AMERICA & CANADA clients VAT or CUSTOM FEES charging will be applied at the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply.

👌 If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.

👌 Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)

👌 For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom-made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.
