Not every great dive has a shark in it. Most are made by the turtle that ignores you, the seahorse holding on to a sea fan, or the puffer fish watching from under a ledge. These prints are for that side of diving, on long-sleeve rash guards with built-in UV protection, hoodies for the boat, and leggings and bodysuits in reef prints.

Diving with sea turtles

There are seven species of sea turtle, and most of them are threatened. Divers meet them resting under ledges, grazing on seagrass and sponges, or swimming up for air. Give them room: never touch or chase a turtle, and never block its way to the surface, because it needs to breathe. In Greece, loggerhead turtles nest every summer on beaches such as Laganas Bay on Zakynthos.

Seahorses, puffer fish and the reef

Seahorses are a favourite find on slow dives, and it's the male that carries the eggs in a pouch and gives birth to the young. Puffer fish gulp water to blow themselves up when threatened. Coral reefs cover less than 1% of the ocean floor but are home to around a quarter of all marine species, which is why one reef dive can turn up so much life.

Sizes, fabric and delivery

Marine life rash guards come in sizes XS to 4XL, in a quick-dry 82% polyester / 18% spandex fabric with four-way stretch and flatlock seams. Everything is printed and sewn to order in 4–9 business days (2–7 for neck gaiters and bags), then shipped worldwide.

More ocean animals: sharks, manta rays and stingrays, whales, octopus, and the diver down flag.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have sea turtle rash guards?
Yes: the Sea Turtle men's scuba diving rash guard, plus a Sea Turtle bodysuit. The rest of this collection adds seahorse, puffer fish, coral, dolphin and reef-life prints.
Which marine life designs do you have?
Sea Turtle, Sea Horse, Puffer Fish, Coral, Ocean Life, Marine Life Wave and Reef, Sea Life, Underwater Life and a Neon Dolphin hoodie, across rash guards, hoodies, jerseys, leggings, bodysuits, neck gaiters and a duffle bag.
How do I care for my rash guard after a dive?
Rinse it in fresh water as soon as you're off the boat, before the salt dries in. Wash cold with a mild detergent and no fabric softener, then hang it to dry in the shade. Direct sun on wet technical fabric shortens its life.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Clothing takes 4–9 business days to print and sew (neck gaiters and bags 2–7), then shipping usually takes 8–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
